Today is the first day of my journey back to health. I have struggled with weight problems for many years. So instead of whining about it, I have decided to take action!
Day 1 went really well. I have a daily calorie allowance and I stuck to the program. Even surprised myself.
I got off my butt and went on a 5k walk, I did it in about 50 mins, I really want to get it down to about 40 mins but baby steps baby, baby steps!
I played my normal Sunday night netball. Lost again but it felt great to run around the court and sweat some of the flab away. I am looking forward to tomorrow, another day and i am super ready.
Off to take a look around the site. I just might find something that will help me.
