My dear Casey my job is hard psychologically,is a little private residence with 37 grandparents, they call to me half of the time.. They want water, go to pee, that the unleashed (some are tied to a chair because escape of the residence and they´re desoriented), i see them mourn, i speak with them, we walk with they.. But are 37! and we´re 3, looking the laundry, speaking with their family, with preparing the dinner and the hour of go to a bed (open beds, putting the diapers, preparing the clothes of the next day, cleaning..).. All at the same time. And we get us wrong, making it harder the work. Thus is my job! 7 hours daily 6 days to the week. Is or isn´t a crazy?.
why only three of you? and why can't the grandparents help you too, are they unwell? I know in this country there are not enough carers for all the people who need help. To help your English "usually call me the half at a time" might be "they call to me half of the time" or "Most of the time they are calling to me".
