Fell of the wagon so to speak not been too bad but its creeping back on.

Got a diet buddy at work now so we have a chart on the wall to keep us going.

Spring is on its way light nights and early morning help motivate me.

I have seen your pic and I dont know the reason why you dont feel comfortable with it, but if you think that you can work on yourself, I think that is a good thing then. Go baby!
