I started the Rice diet June 1st. As of now I have lost 22lbs. I will be writing my sucesses as well as my failures and keeping you up to date on my progress. I have yet to ever reach my goal, but I am determined to do it this time. About me: I am 25, mother to 3 wonderful little boys 3, 2, and 3 months. Wife to a brillant man whom I adore. I like fashion, scrapbooking, celebrities, movies, surfing the web... I am a Christian and love God with my whole heart. Today was not a good diet day. I got bored this afternoon and started munching. When the urges come to eat I need to somehow distract myself. Tomorrow must be better! I have not been able to walk recently, which is my usual form of exercise. My allergy attacks have just been too severe every time I go outside. I will be doing the rollor for 5 minutes every day. I also will be starting to lift weight to tone my flabby arms.
