I'm relieved to

see exactly the same weight on the scales as before I went away
13st 12.5
but at the same disgusted that I'm this unattrative blob.
For the next week this is what I'm eating.....
BREAKFAST Thick Slice of granary bread with fresh tomateos and basil, brie and extra virgin olive oil/balsamic dressing
LUNCH Carrot and Coriander Soup with slice of granary bread
DINNER Salad with different fish each day
SNACK Greek yoghurt with honey
Next week it will probably be something different.........
ps I began this blog in February and was 13st 11 & 3/4
