Hello there. This time I offer u the original version of "La Bamba " By the late Ritchie Valens who first recorded this timeless classic.
I guess everybody in the entire world knows about "La Bamba" & have sung it, & also dance it for sure.
Ricardo Valenzuela aka Ritchie Valens was born May 13 1941 in Pacoima, California, since he was a little boy he liked to play the guitar no matter he was lefty handed, later he became a guitar player, songwriter & singer. His career lasted only 8 months however he put several hits on the billboard like "The Bamba" , "Donna" But "La Bamba" made him America's first Hispanic rock star. He died tragically in a plane accident; he was only 18 years old.
You can also find another version, a cover one from "The Lobos", this cover was made for the film "La Bamba", and this film features Lou Diamond Phillips, Esai Morales among others.
Yesterday night I watched on TV Michael Jackson 30 anniversary concert. It was more than an hour of pure gold musical time reminiscing Michael Jackson & The Jacksons 5.
This song, an old time favorite "Shake your body" captured my attention, for minutes I also danced & sang fading away the sorrow, they were there, nothing has seemed to change thanks to the magic of video TV.
When watching them dancing & singing I can truly understand why Michael Jackson & the Jacksons 5 have been considered the greatest entertainers of all times.

Michael Jackson Would Have Turned 51 Today if he hadn't died after suffering a cardiac arrest on June 25. He is no longer with us anymore, but when listening to his wonderful music.. I really feel as though his magic, his essence of brilliance... will remain forever among us.
