Description : Here we go then, I never thought id end up writing about losing weight! But here goes. Im 22year old women, got married in a sz 12 wedding dress in October, now approaching a sz 14 shocking as im only 5,2 and both my mother and sister are perfect size 8's, and im currently classed as obese! have no children, work full time in Sales / Marketing (dull but i love the people i work with and it pays the bills)! , live in South Wales originally from Manchester but new hubby is welsh so living in Wales with all the sheep! But have now made a wager with hubby and my mother (there sick of me winging about my weight and then finding me eating a whole sized Dairy Milk washed down with you no wot....... a full bottle of Wine! The wager is for me to get back down to a size 8 by the 10th June 2008 (this year i know) and my reward will be my own car how amazing! So pls follw my attemp to cut down everything i love, chocolate and wine or anything i can get my hands on really!!! If anybody has any magic ways to do this pls pass them along! Im sure if it were that easy though everyone would be a size 8! Thank you for reading this and i hope you all have great tips on how to help me xxx
Is was doing really well until i got home last night had another yought then i had you guessed it 3 whole slices of Pizza and it was uuummmm!!!! With a handfull of home made chips.
So this morning it was power walking all the way to work!!!
Not eaten as yet but my belly is already rumbling hehe!
After my continuous rumbling i had 2 peices of toast folled by a Healthy Living Lasagne ....wasnt impressed with the lasange !
Not had anything as yet, but my Yoguht will be coming out the fridge very soon............
My friday night binges are no more we are now going to the local gym instead!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!
Its now 11.20am and have eaten a Wholemeal Ham Sandwich and Peach Weight Watchers Yoguht so not doing so bad! Have drunk 1 of my eight pints of water so far!
Going to Lunch in 40 minutes i wonder what i'll have ???
Well ladies for Lunch, i had one of the new Weight Watchers meals Chicken Breast with a cajun spice and around 8 mini potatoe wedges! UUMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! I have to say it was lovely no left overs!!! followed by a can of diet coke!
So not doing to bad today not sure what to make for tea hubby really wants a pizza but ive been so good today really dont want to have pizza !!! Any Ideas what i can have instead of pizza????????????????
Well good morning! Im not happy its monday! What did i eat this weekend? Friday evening as you know i had my friend around for drinks and curry! Was all going fine until i realised we had consumed 2 bottles of Red wine each (not the prettiest on Saturday i can assure you) Just had my home made curry no sweets, no crisps and no chocolate! Well done to me!
Saturday, Sat watching my Sex and the City series (just got the whole box set) Had beans on Toast for breakfast/lunch follwed by weight watchers yoguht and again no crisps, sweets and chocolates. For dinner we had pie, potatoes and veg and i only had a quater of the pie and i was full up (which never happens). I had 2/3 scoops of vanilla ice cream to!
Sunday, Watched a little more Sex and the City, then my friends came over for the afternoon.........I thought id have to bring the biccies out but i never YESSSSSSsss! For dinner i had Honey and Mustard chicken breats with 3 potatoes and that was all! Went to my friends for the evening and only had 1 glass of Rose, she then bought a take away and i bought nothing!!!(how good am i?)
So far today, going good but it is only the first day!
Ive had no crisps or chocolate as yet, and dont plan to but in a office as small as mine when everyone loves getting biscuits out .........Erm chocolate biscuits!!! No No No here goes another grape !!!
Every Friday me and my friend get together for a home made curry and a couple of bottles of Red Wine!!!! So tonights going to get messy, but no midnight muchies......... and i should be fine!
