Almost everybody looks forward for the new coming year for a fresh start on old habits. They are the so called long term resolutions...why... because they are supposed to be fulfilled at the end of the year.
We are almost finishing the ninth month of the year...Have you fulfilled or broken any?
There´s no need to wait for the new year in order to start a plan like start dieting, making routines to stay fit or lose some pounds, just draw a strategy that would work for you...stick to your plan and you will win.
I have met a friend who has achieved her goal of loosing many extra pounds and now she feels so confident and happy. She is very courageous and has a lot of inner strength too.
Tomorrow it is Monday again...Here I go again too.
Winter season is coming to an end quite soon. I told you I like gray days but cold days, as far as I am concern I will enjoy the sunny warm spring days.
One of the reasons I enjoy when we change from one season to another is because the stores put on sale everything 20%, 50% off or even more; if you buy 2 items pay for 1 (It seems the 3 per 2 is not working this year on sales) oops. I really love the end of season sales.
When I look through this video at the universe so vast and beautiful, I feel so small and at the same time very happy because I am alive.
I'm happy with everything around me. I have a guide in my life and it certainly is the love I feel for my family and my friends that I sincerely appreciate.
